Hey folks. Thanks for joining us for another Story Stream on UnionFanTV. On the road again is the Philadelphia Union, who has traveled North of the Border to take on Supporters’ Shield leader Toronto Football Club tonight, at BMO Field.

Here you’ll find the latest updates, player injury reports, key stats and figures, as well as commentary, which will be posted throughout the entire matchday, including the match itself.

Tonight’s Starting XI

Jim Curtin has named his team for tonight’s match against Toronto, which you can find below:

8:09 PM —

1′ : Match is underway from BMO Field

Here we go.

7′ : Giovinco on a breakaway …

Saved by Andre Blake! Blake comes out strong and stops the Italian cold. Welcome back, Dre.

9′ : Free kick to TFC

It’ll surely be Giovinco to take, from just outside the 18 yard box.

GOAL.

It’s the Atomic Ant, and it’s 1-0 to the home side. It’s Giovinco’s 13th of the season.

16′ : Jozy Altidore slots it home …

Scratch that: the American is rightly called offside.

28′ : Free kick to TFC, yellow card to Fabinho

Fabinho pulled Altidore back at the top of the 18. It’ll be Giovinco to take, again …

29′ : Nicolas Hasler makes it 2-0 for Toronto

Hasler’s glancing header is no match for Blake, who watches the ball kiss off the crossbar and into the side netting.

8:55 PM —

45′ : That’s the end of the First Half at BMO Field

It’s 2-0 to the home side. Goals courtesy of Giovinco and Hasler.

9:12 PM — Second Half begins

Curtin’s side are down (and probably out).

57′ : Altidore joins the party

A poor clearance from Fabinho results in an Altidore finish to the side netting. It was the perfect finish, after a mesmerizing give-and-go at the top of the 18.

60′ : Ilsinho’s strike is palmed away by Alex Bono

Fantastic shot from the Brazilian, fantastic save from the TFC ace.

65′ : Giovinco’s shot flashes over the bar

It’s not looking good, folks.

72′ : Kick save by Blake!

Tremendous save by the Jamaican on Stephen Beitashour.

90′ : That’s the match.

It ends 3-0 to Toronto.

Thanks for joining us this evening. Good night.
